Other payment methods
Cash, card in the vehicle, or an invoice with bank transfer may be possible depending on the ride. Tell the driver your preference in your request and he will confirm what is available.

Booking
Request your ride.
Fill in the details, then open a draft in WhatsApp or your email app. No account needed. All fields are required except the vehicle and the notes.

Questions
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged with the driver once he has confirmed your ride and the price. You can request a payment link, or tell him your preferred method in your request.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number to the notes. Waiting time of up to 1 hour is included. Beyond that, an extra charge applies, which the driver will confirm.
Can I book a child seat?
Mention it in your request. The driver will tell you whether it is possible.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 48 hours before pick-up. If you cancel later, the driver will tell you what applies.
Are tolls and parking included?
Parking in Paris is free of charge. On long journeys, tolls are paid by the customer.
What about multi-day trips in Europe or Switzerland?
On long journeys, the driver needs a place to stay (a hotel room, or wherever you are staying) and free parking for his car. These are provided by the customer.
